I am on staff with Youth Leadership that is located in the Twin Cities. I was the President for 29 years, but recently moved into a new role as an Associate. This means that I am focusing on the areas of ministry that I am passionate about—speaking, training, and coaching. In this role, I speak to three distinct audiences: Youth, Parents and Ministry Leaders.
I see God at work in these encounters and want to serve the church and its leaders in a variety of ways. My focus is to develop a strategy to serve the under-resourced church that is often ignored in the market-driven world of ministry right now.
