Have questions?

We’d love to talk. If you don’t see your question below, reach out to set up an exploration call to see if the certification if right for you.

When does the next cohort start?

The next CYMCP starts January 2025. Each program takes one year to complete.

How much does the program cost?

For the initial cohort of the certificate program, participants can take advantage of a 50% discount making the program $850. We anticipate the cost in subsequent years to be $1750.

Are there scholarships available?

One of our core values at YMC is providing quality, accessible support and training for ministry leaders. We are happy to provide reduced costs to make the certificate program available to you. Please reach out to cymcp@youthministryconsultants.org to discuss options.

Are you affiliated with a particular tradition or denomination?

YMC is intentionally multi-denominational and Christ-centered. This program will equip you for effective ministry to the next generation in many different contexts and traditions. Mentors are either familiar with your denominations particularities, or they are comfortable helping you translate and convert what you’re learning into whatever theological context you’re in.

If you have questions on what this looks like, please reach out, we’d love to talk. (cymcp@youthministryconsultants.org)

Is this similar to a degree in ministry?

The CYMCP content is rooted in Tiger McLuen’s years of teaching at two denominationally different seminaries, but stands alone to offer practical, affordable training for those not seeking a traditional degree.
